Printed Circuit Boards

The U.S. Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, is soliciting printed circuit boards under solicitation number N0016426Q0078, with a closing date of 22 May 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses and is being issued under simplified acquisition procedures pursuant to FAR Part 13, with a synopsis exception applied. Contractors must demonstrate compliance with CMMC Level 2 for handling controlled unclassified information, maintain current CMMC status in the Supplier Performance Risk System, and flow down these cybersecurity requirements to subcontractors. Invoice submissions must be processed exclusively through Wide Area WorkFlow with specific document types required, and no alternative invoicing mechanisms are authorized. The government will assess compliance through FAR clauses governing inspections, responsibility for supplies, and contractor inspection obligations, with the Contracting Officer’s Representative not designated and the Technical Point of Contact serving as the primary technical liaison.
