Addendum No.3 - April 20, 2026 Addendum No.2 - April 16, 2026 - Closing Date ChangeAddendum No.1 - April 15, 2026The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (Owner) invites Proposals, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), from Proponents for the Pritchard Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade project.The Proponent is to include the following work that represents a base Proposal:Cleaning and refinishing primary settling tank #1 and #2, ADT1 and ANT2/AET2 Cleaning and filling with light weight concrete in secondary tank and clarifier tank Removal and disposal/relocation of existing equipment and interior framing Installation of Owner supplied equipment from Eco Fluid Construct ANT1/AET1/MBT1/MBT2 concrete tank Equalization pump chamber Framing of ANT2/AET2 and bathroom area c/w bathroom accessories Process, air and yard piping Electrical works c/w new MCC, transformer, panel, PLC and automatic transfer switch c/w power and control wiring In addition to responding to the base Proposal, the Proponent is invited to propose any innovations that the Proponent believes will reduce the cost of the Project, improve the constructability of the Project, or improve the performance of the facility.
