The purpose of Amendment 1 is to change the quote due date to May 22, 2026 and to provide answers to some vendor questions.  The remaining response to the last question is forthcoming in a subsequent amendment.


The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Asset and Facilities Management (OAFM) has a requirement for office spaces across the United States and its territories in order to provide appropriate working spaces for 300+ personnel across the country.
