Private Office Space Rental/Workstations for ICE Personnel - Amendment 2

The Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement, through its Office of Asset and Facilities Management, is seeking private office space and workstations across the United States and its territories to support over 300 personnel at more than 50 locations, including major cities in 16 states and territories. The requirement is structured as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 531130, with awards to be made on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. Offerors must provide fully operational, furnished office environments with Wi-Fi and printing access within 45 miles of each designated worksite, ensuring that at least 321 of 330 assigned personnel have immediate access upon contract award. Performance must begin within 15 business days of award, and contractors are required to maintain a 97% monthly occupancy rate across all locations while remaining flexible to post-award changes in staffing or site locations.
