The IRS is extending an existing contract with DLT Solutions LLC for an additional four months, from March 24, 2017, to July 24, 2017. This extension is critical for maintaining progress on the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) mandate and meeting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) inspection schedule set for later in 2017. The contract focuses on providing architectural, consultation, and integration services necessary to fully implement and integrate the Quest suite of tools within the IRS enterprise. These services support the Privileged Access Manager and Quest One Identity Manager (PAM/Q1) tools, helping the IRS meet stringent security and operational requirements. During this extension period, the IRS plans to conduct market research and industry engagement as a precursor to issuing a competitive solicitation in fiscal year 2017 to support future requirements. Although this notification serves as a formal announcement of the extension, no information is being requested from industry at this time, and current details may be updated or replaced as necessary. The contract performance location is Vienna, Virginia, and two contract specialists, Julian O. Boggan and Rita L. Duffin, are available for related inquiries.
