Full Description

The high-resolution NMR laboratory at HHT-Montreal specializes in protein interaction studies, protein three-dimensional (3D) structure determination, biologics formulation analyses and cell- culture analytics. To sustain the same NMR capabilities, we need to upgrade our (Bruker) 600 MHz AVANCE NMR spectrometer to include multinuclear NMR detection by acquiring a new Broadband Observe (BBO) RF probe. This spectrometer upgrade is essential for the successful completion of ongoing industrial contracts and internal research projects.
