Invitation to Tender 01B46-24-118 Procurement, installation and assembly of a new a High Tunnel Greenhouse for St-John’s Research and development centre in Newfoundland Tenders for the project indicated above, will be accepted at the following address, up to the tender closing date and time indicated below: aafc.escprocurement-cseapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.ca Scope of Work: Procurement, installation and assembly of a new a High Tunnel Greenhouse for St-John’s Research and development centre in Newfoundland. Site Visit: a. Optional Work Site Visit. There will be a site visit on January 9th at 10AM (NDT). Interested bidders are to meet at St-John’s Research and Development Centre located at 204 BROOKFIELD ROAD, St. John's NL A1E 6J5 b. Communication with Carol Rahal at carol.rahal@agr.gc.ca for any questions regarding the site visit. Canada may request Offerors sign an attendance sheet. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an offer. c. Clarifications or Changes. Canada will amend the solicitation of offers to reflect clarifications and changes resulting from the site visit. Tender Period Closing Date and Time: January 21, 2025 at 2:00PM (ET). Information requests and inquiries related to this tender process are to be directed, in writing, ONLY to the AAFC Contract Officer identified below. Bidders who contact anyone other than the AAFC Contract Officer to obtain such information during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified. It is MANDATORY for the Firms intending to submit tenders on this project to obtain the related specifications, plans and drawings, and all other tender documents through the CanadaBuys service provider’s platform. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the CanadaBuys service provider platform.
