The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to procure on a sole-source basis the repair, recoding, and servicing of the AN/URT-140 Radio Beacon (P/N 2155-0908306) from Elbit Systems, CAGE Code 2291A. This action supports the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case for the Kuwait Air Force F/A-18 Hornets. The required services include the repair and recoding of two (2) units and the recoding of eight (8) units to the Kuwaiti frequency. The estimated award date is 28 Aug 2026 and the estimated value is $50,000. The estimated delivery date is 02 October 2026.
