The agreement is set for an initial term of four years, anticipated to run from March 31, 2027, to March 31, 2031, with an option to extend for an additional four years through March 30, 2035. Award decisions will be based on a competitive flexible procedure consisting of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage, a Request for Proposal (RFP) stage, negotiations, and a Best and Final Offer (BAFO). Evaluation is heavily weighted toward quality at 70% and price at 30%.
