*This Project/potential procurement is currently at the Pre-Market Engagement (PME) stage, and this opportunity does NOT constitute a call for competition, procurement exercise, offer, or commitment by the Authority to launch any procurement in relation to this potential requirement.
The Commercial/procurement strategies (including preferred route-to-market) are under development and subject to change. Upon conclusion of this PME exercise, the Authority may (at its sole discretion) decide to proceed with the procurement as planned, proceed via a different Procurement Route, or not proceed at all.*
