This solicitation, numbered 70Z03826QB0000143, is a combined synopsis and request for quotation for the procurement of compression rivets for use on the MH-65 helicopter, issued under FAR subpart 12.6 as a commercial item acquisition. The requirement is unrestricted, allowing all responsible sources to submit quotations, with the North American Industry Classification System code 336413 and a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The sole deliverable is newly manufactured compression rivets with the exact part number 956071 and NSN 5320-01-320-6241, sourced exclusively from the Original Equipment Manufacturer Safran Aerosystems (CAGE F6101) or an OEM-approved source. No drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the government, and only airworthy commercial or military specifications are acceptable under FAA Part 21 certification standards. The Government may exercise a unilateral option to increase the quantity from 3,000 to a maximum of 6,000 units at the same unit price within one year of award. Quotations must be submitted via email by June 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. EDT to Alex-Marie.B.Midgett@uscg.mil, including the solicitation number in the subject line, with no phone quotes accepted.
