This contract is for the procurement of 31 nonmetallic hose assemblies under solicitation SPE7M4-26-Q-0640, with a delivery requirement of 90 days after receipt of order. The agreement mandates strict adherence to engineering exceptions, including ANSI MH1 standards and specific quality assurance plans. A critical component of the contract is the First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing, which requires the manufacture of five hoses to ensure four acceptable assemblies remain after one is subjected to destructive testing using super tropical bleach. The contractor is responsible for coordinating with the DEVCOM CBC testing laboratory for cost estimates related to the destructive testing and establishing a Technology Support Agreement. The contract includes stringent requirements for packaging, configuration change management, and physical identification. Additionally, the technical data is subject to export control under ITAR and EAR regulations, requiring contractors to have approved JCP certification and completed specific training to access the data.
