Full Description
The Defense Logistics Agency will acquire a one-time procurement of NSN: 5825-01-566-7710, PN: 100892-200, Direction Finder Control in support of the TH-1H Aircraft. The proposed contract action will be awarded on a sole-source basis to Executive Instruments, Inc., CAGE Code (24363).
SPRWA1-26-Q-0015 will be a written request for quotation for a firm-fixed-price requirements contract for a quantity of 2 Each and 1 Lot CDRLs.
The anticipated award date is 06 August 2026.
The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 6.103-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations received within 45 days after the date of publication of this synopsis/solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
