Canada is seeking offers from qualified suppliers for the printing, production and delivery of printed envelopes, with and without windows, for PSPC Production Centres located in Québec City and Winnipeg. The requirement includes outgoing and return envelopes and supports the centralized production and distribution of envelopes for federal departments and agencies. Requirements will be fulfilled through call-ups issued against the resulting National Standing Offer on an as-and-when-requested basis.
