Professional Design Services For The I-5/SR113 Freeway Connector Project

The City of Woodland is soliciting professional engineering services for the I-5/SR-113 Freeway Connector Project through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with solicitation number 20260807020, with a response deadline of September 19, 2026. The contract is structured as a time-and-materials agreement with a negotiated not-to-exceed fee, and hourly rates will not be included in the initial digital submission but must be provided upon request.
