The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to establish multiple continuing contracts with engineering firms to perform design and related services for small projects for the St. Lucie County (County) Parks & Recreation and the Facilities Department. These firms shall be expected to perform consulting, design, and/or project management services for various construction and renovation projects as needed by the County during the contract period, and must have the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Applicants must propose for at least one of the required disciplines/services listed below, but can also propose for any of the three disciplines/services they are qualified to provide:
