Background The Village of Millerton, located in Dutchess County, New York, is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide engineering services for a sidewalk replacement project. This initiative aims to enhance public infrastructure and is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from Dutchess County. The selected firm will assist the Village in various tasks related to the project, ensuring compliance with CDBG conditions as advised by the Grantor. Work Details The scope of services includes: 1. Preparation of design plans for sidewalk replacement predominantly along North Center Street. 2. Preparation of bid specifications, analysis of submitted bids, and coordination of bidding services. 3. Construction administration which encompasses inspection, contractor coordination, and processing payment applications. 4.
