Texas Natural Resources Code Chapter 91 provides that if oil and gaswastes or other substances or materials regulated by the RRC are causing or are likelyto cause the pollution of surface or subsurface water, the RRC may conduct siteinvestigations or environmental assessments or control or cleanup of the oil and gaswastes or other substances or materials. RRC does not have the personnel or theequipment required to perform environmental engineering services and seeks toprequalify experienced Professional Environmental Engineering Service companieslicensed in the State of Texas deemed highly capable of completing all work requiredunder a Contract arising from RFQ No. 455-25-1016 and any Work Order issuedthereunder.
