Professional Physician Services

This subcontract for Professional Physician Services involves providing medical evaluations and treatments for inmates on Bureau of Prisons projects under the Department of Justice. The selected provider will conduct primary and specialist evaluations every one to six months and deliver inpatient and outpatient physician services aligned with Medicare Part B benchmarks. Performance will take place in Minersville, Pennsylvania. Qualified personnel must be licensed medical doctors who can pass security investigations and urinalysis. The contract requires Professional Medical Liability Insurance with coverage limits of 1 million dollars per occurrence and 3 million dollars aggregate. The primary objective is the delivery of comprehensive medical evaluations and treatment plans for the inmate population.
