1. Description The Department of National Defence (DND) seeks a Business Consultant (BA) to transform 1 Canadian Air Division (1 CAD) priorities into actionable requirements for the future development of an advanced Command & Control (C2) system. This role involves analyzing priorities, resolving technical issues, "bugs" in collaboration with the Radar and Communication Systems (R&CS), to validating new features in the testing environment. The consultant will also assess and recommend workflow/process improvements to enhance efficiency.
