Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities (SLCDPU) is requesting Statements of Interest and Qualifications (SOQ’s) from qualified consulting firms (Consultants) to provide professional services in one or more of the service categories identified in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Execution of the Agreement allows the SLCDPU to authorize Task Orders as needed to perform work in the service category. The maximum total fee of the Agreement available for potential authorization through multiple Task Orders is not to exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000) per service category. The maximum fee for an individual Task Order authorized under the terms of the Agreement is not to exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000).
