Solicitation # 1479146A
The City of Seattle has issued Request for Information 1479146A to gather industry data on modern utility customer service products for Seattle City Light and Seattle Public Utilities. The primary objective is to inform a future competitive solicitation for a Utilities Customer Service Portal that enhances digital self-service, account management, and operational efficiency. A critical technical requirement is the ability to integrate with the existing Oracle Utilities solution stack through real-time and batch data exchanges.
