THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE NOTIFICATION OF THE USE OF FUNDS AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) ON THIS CONTRACT. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA), awarded a contract modification that exercised an option to Bering Straits Information Technology on September 21, 2009. This contract modification adds Recovery Act funds in the amount of $2,337,310 to the contract. This is only available to the aforementioned contractor under contract AG-645S-C-07-0012. The project provides project management, federal enterprise architecture, quality control, oversight services, common application development, and server administration support for the FSA Architecture and Management Center. The Architecture and Management Center responsibilities include the definition and execution of information technology policies and standards, information technology project management and supporting tools, defining and maintaining FSA's Enterprise Architecture, and common re-usable code, and project and source code server repository management.
