The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering (DOE) invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). The services to be provided will be independent cost estimating services to support DWR in delivering the Kane Spring Habitat Restoration Project (Project) using the Progressive Design-Build Project model. Firms will assist DWR in reviewing cost estimates, schedules, risk assessments, and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) proposals for the design and preconstruction phase of the project through the final construction amendment(s). The specific work and deliverables are identified in Exhibit A, Description of Services, and will support the DOE¿s, Project Delivery Branch. Contract Amount: $1,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00
