Project PROJ-2024-00080 involves a Conditional Use Permit granted to LCM Development, LLC for the construction and operation of a transportation facility in Hinkley, San Bernardino County, California. The project consists of a BNSF approved rail loop and aggregate loading facility situated on approximately 131 to 140 acres of a 640 acre parcel.
