Project PROJ-2024-00080 is a private development project involving a Conditional Use Permit for LCM Development, LLC to construct and operate a transportation facility in Hinkley, San Bernardino County, California. The project consists of a Burlington Northern and Santa Fe approved rail loop and an aggregate loading facility situated on approximately 131 to 140 acres of a 640-acre parcel.
