Project 3051 Southern Wake Campus Renovations - Building SL

Wake Technical Community College is seeking design consulting services for the renovation of Building L at the Southern Wake Campus in Raleigh, North Carolina. The project involves a 105,669 square foot, three-story facility housing student services, advising, classrooms, and culinary training.
