The San Francisco International Airport (Airport) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, teams, joint ventures, or other qualified business entities for Project Delivery Partners for the Terminal Electrical Upgrade Project (Project). The Project brings together a coordinated effort to modernize electrical systems that support the transition of tenant kitchens from natural gas to all-electric operations, alongside targeted upgrades to airside infrastructure used for charging Electric Ground Service Equipment (eGSE). The work focuses on understanding existing electrical conditions, identifying system constraints, and delivering terminal electrical upgrades and airside eGSE charging improvements needed to support safe, reliable operations across both environments. The PDP scope may include program-level support for multiple projects within the Airport's Capital Improvement Plan, including schedule and logistics coordination between adjacent projects, program-level reporting, commissioning and activation support, and program-level oversight.
