Only TSPS SA Holders currently holding a TSPS SA for Tier 2, in all required Streams and Categories in this solicitation and in the National Capital Region under the E60ZT-18TSPS/D series of SAs are eligible to compete. The TSPS SA E60ZT-18TSPS/D is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) (the "Client") for Task and solutions professional services (TSPS) under the TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement is various consulting services in overseeing specific Pay system business processes, business architecture and project management initiatives. There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
