With preliminary property assessments completed, the next phase requires a full-time project manager to coordinate resources and activities in order to fulfill the grant objectives on approximately 415 qualified properties within the 2-3 year remaining timeline of the grant.The Project Manager may be an independent individual or member of a professional services firm, but is expected to be a single, dedicated resource to provide continuity in this role rather than a rotating assignment among several members of a staffing team provided by a project management firm.
