Project Pioneer

Project Pioneer is a total small business set-aside solicitation under NAICS code 518210 and PSC 7A21, issued by the 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, for commercial subscriptions and licenses enabling browser-based visualization of location-based data tied to individual PKI certificates. The requirement includes access to training materials, ongoing platform and open-source data upgrades, and query capabilities to the GDELT dataset, supporting at least 200 queries per user monthly, with turnkey tools to analyze, join, and geographically map event data. It also permits Bring Your Own Data functionality, allowing up to 100 GB of user-controlled data in CSV, KML, or GeoJSON formats per seat, with all data usage restricted to the commercial instance and permitting derivative product creation.
