The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) and Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission, Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety and Saskatchewan Municipal Board intend to contract with Eagan US Holdco, LLC - Elite on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the ProLaw software that meets GOS requirements for this procurement.
