Winding Wheels and Traveler Sheaves

GOS, Ministry of Highways (MoH) is conducting an RFB for the manufacturing, supply and delivery of winding wheels and traveler sheaves used for ferry repairs on an if and when required basis to the Ministry of Highways, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The traveler sheaves connect the ferry to the main overhead cable which holds the ferry in place and the winding wheel has the drive cable attached to it which takes the ferry back and forth across the river.
