Burleson Independent School District (ISD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Property and Equipment Breakdown Insurance Services as deemed necessary by the District. Qualified respondents are invited to submit a written response outlining their qualifications, experience, and ability to provide the services as set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP) #2324-01 Property and Equipment Breakdown Insurance Services . Property and Equipment Breakdown Insurance Services may include, but are not limited to, delivery and maintenance of insurance and underwriting services as well as claims and loss control advisement and advocacy. If awarded by the Burleson ISD Board of Trustees, the successful respondent(s) will provide Property and Equipment Breakdown Insurance Services in accordance with all applicable terms and conditions, laws, regulations, and professional standards. Burleson ISD may make one award or make multiple awards to different vendors as determined to be the best value to Burleson ISD. It is the intention of Burleson ISD to assign markets for insurance coverage to qualified prospective respondents. At this time Burleson ISD has not authorized any prospective respondent or their authorized representatives to approach markets. Each prospective respondent is requested to complete the Market Assignment Requests form. Markets will be assigned by BISD on August 21, 2024. ***Market Assignment Requests and Proof of Qualifications must be emailed to contact@example.gov.
