Full Description
The Office of the Chief Operations Support Officer (OCOSO) is charged with integrating, synchronizing, and coordinating the availability of material resources (personal and real property) to optimize performance and enable mission success. OCOSO uses inventory data and utilization metrics to achieve the right size, right cost, and right condition of the property portfolio to meet CISA requirements.
The contractor shall support OCFO and OCOSO efforts to remediate findings identified during the annual financial statement audit as well as standardize the property, plant, and equipment business process across the Agency. CISA OCFO must design, document, implement, and monitor financial controls and processes for property identification, recognition, and recording.
