Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of theiroffer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission maydeem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highlyencouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Also, offeror should be complaint with NDAA Quotation due date and time June 17, 2026 at 17:00 hrs local time. Email your quote to the below email address on or before due date and time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
