The Greenwood-Leflore-Carroll Economic Development Foundation is seeking proposals for professional services to support the Aven Building Redevelopment in Greenwood, Mississippi. The agency intends to award four separate contracts for architectural, legal, accounting, and development consulting services. The scope of work spans from pre-development through project closeout and includes specialized requirements such as historic preservation compliance, tax credit program management, and adherence to federal regulations including Build America, Buy America, the Housing and Urban Development Act Section 3, and E-Verify.
