This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposal. However, if interested, the Government shall consider all responses. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with ProQuest, Ann Harbor, MI. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). Contract will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Please reference N63116-20-Q-0548 on all quotes. The NAICS Code for this contract will be 511210. NHRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with System for Award Manangement (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM.
