THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for periodical subscription of culture grams online, research library and newswatch. Period of performance is 1 Oct 12 - 30 Sep 13. Four one-year options may be awarded. This is a Sole Source with Proquest IAW FAR 6.302-1. Proquest is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement due to already having remote access to databases, providing periodicals related to DEOMI missions and being able to provide commercial and military networks. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511120. This requirement has not been funded yet and is subject to availability of funds. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Proquest is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
