1. PLACE AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

- Period of Performance (PoP) / Delivery Timeline: Work must be completed for the base year PoP of 1 Sep 26 – 30 Nov 26 with the option to extend up to 4 option years.

FACTOR 2: PRICE
