Provide and Construct Tube Steel Building(s) with 4" Concrete Slab for the Training Grounds

This solicitation seeks proposals for the provision and construction of two tube steel buildings with concrete slabs at the Training Grounds located at 11047 FM14, Tyler, Texas. Specifically, the project comprises a larger 30’ by 40’ by 16’ building on a 54’ by 41’ four-inch concrete pad with designated door placements, and a smaller 25’ by 12’ by 10’ restroom building with a 300 square foot concrete pad and three walkthrough doors. The contractor is responsible for all site preparation, concrete installation, supply and construction of materials, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and Texas-specific statutes. The buildings must be constructed to high-quality workmanship standards, with all materials new and first-class in condition.
