PROVIDE ANTIFOULING ANODES TO THE PISCES

The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, is procuring replacement underwater hull anodes for the NOAA Ship PISCES under a firm-fixed-price contract designated as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS code 335931 and a size standard of 600 employees. The contract requires delivery of 18 Cathelco TZX27 anodes (equivalent to Wilson Walton NOAA-CU-16425) and 2 Cathelco TZX29 anodes (equivalent to Wilson Walton NOAA-FE-16425), conforming strictly to the technical specifications outlined in the Cathelco Antifouling System Manual (FRV40-226-139-010) and associated schematic Drawing No. A3292/32120. All anodes must match the original product’s performance characteristics and dimensions. The place of performance is NOAA Ship PISCES at 151 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula MS 39567, with FOB Destination terms requiring the vendor to assume responsibility for shipping and freight costs included in the quoted price. Offerors must be either the manufacturer, authorized distributor, or authorized dealer of Cathelco or Wilson Walton products and must submit written proof of authorization from the manufacturer. Proposals must include a product summary on company letterhead aligned with the Government’s Statement of Need, details on product availability and delivery timelines after receipt of order, and manufacturer data sheets demonstrating compliance with specifications.
