The acquisition of a rheometer is a critical step in enhancing our centre’s capabilities for advanced rheological characterization. The rheometer should provide precise measurement of the rheological properties of different materials from various industries including food, feed, nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals. The rheometer should provide highly accurate and reproducible measurements of rheological properties, including viscosity, shear stress, shear rate, and viscoelastic behavior, across a wide range of materials and testing conditions. The successful delivery of this rheometer will enhance our centre’s capacity for advanced research and contribute to improved research outcomes.
