Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking proposal submission from vendors with expertise in the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Monitoring and Reporting Services meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, PS20261775-ENG-RFP - Provision of Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Monitoring and Reporting Services. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.Term of the contract & options – Initial contract term of three (3) years, with the City’s option to extend on a month-to-month basis after the initial three (3)-year period, at the City’s sole and absolute discretion.The RFX will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”). Proposals may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City.
