Provision of technical support services related to energy using products

This supply arrangement, issued by Natural Resources Canada under solicitation number NRCan-5000088325/B, establishes a qualified pool of suppliers to provide technical support, research, and analysis services related to energy-using products across eight distinct categories: appliances, commercial refrigeration and food service equipment, lighting, consumer electronics and office electronics, industrial and commercial equipment, heating ventilation air conditioning and water heating equipment, envelope and fenestration assemblies and systems, and multi-equipment systems. The arrangement does not specify pricing, invoicing systems, payment details, or packaging requirements, leaving these to be determined on a task order basis. Individual contracts issued under this arrangement may include options and could require supplementary security clearances, though none are mandated at the pre-qualification stage. Suppliers must certify the availability of Primary Resources and provide verifiable resumes, with substitutions subject to approval. Indigenous-owned businesses may declare their status to access related program benefits, but no other socioeconomic set-asides are recognized.
