Provo City School District - Pyramid Skylight Replacement

The Provo City School District is soliciting bids for the delivery, fabrication, and installation of seven custom pyramid skylights at Amelia Earhart Elementary School in Provo, Utah. Compliance with ASTM, UL, NFRC, and AAMA standards is mandatory, and contractors must provide accredited test reports validating performance for air leakage, water penetration, structural integrity, flame spread, color stability, and insulation U-factor. The contract award will be made on a trade-off basis to the offeror whose proposal provides the most advantageous value, considering both technical merit and pricing. Technical evaluation accounts for 500 of the 650 total points, weighted toward prior experience with the District, adherence to specifications in Attachment A, company profile, and installation methodology, while pricing constitutes 150 points and must be guaranteed for the full project lifecycle.
