The Canada Energy Regulator has a requirement for one (1) level 2 resource and three (3) level 3 resources under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement, Stream 4 – B.10 Help Desk Specialists, to complement existing staff resources on an as and when required basis. The intent of this process is to award a contract to provide additional technical resources to maintain the current level of service from the Service Desk while additional tasks and projects are being manned. This includes coverage during absences of the Service Desk Analysts due to hearing coverage, regular annual leaves, hardware lifecycle projects, and other future projects to be identified.
