This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in support of CSOSA's mission to provide comprehensive offender psychological assessment. 


The scope of work for this acquisition is for the Contractor to provide Psychological Treatment Services, specifically, Evidence-Based Behavioral Health Anger Management, Impulse Control and Behavioral Health Advocacy Groups; Grief/Loss Counseling and Individual Psychotherapy. 


The Contractor will perform the work under the forthcoming solicitation at CSOSA’s designated facilities located in the Washington D.C. and remotely via a telehealth system, as approved by the Government.


The RFQ will be advertised as a total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 621330, Offices of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians). The resultant award is anticipated to be a total of 5 years (one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods).
