FSDB has completed the selection process for professional services for the above-named project. It has been our objective to select the most qualified firm to perform this service. The results of the Committee decision rank the firms interviewed as follows: SCORPIO with a score of 81.73GILBANE with a score of 75.64AULD & WHITE with a score of 72.94AUSLEY CONSTRUCTION with a score of 66.83 FSDB will now enter into contract discussions and negotiations with SCORPIO. It is noted that if the agency is unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the most qualified firm at a price that the agency determines to be fair, competitive, and reasonable, negotiations with that firm will be terminated and the agency will undertake negotiations with the second most qualified firm. This procedure will be followed until an agreement is reached.
