PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPERTY LEASE

The Onslow Water & Sewer Authority (ONWASA) has issued a public notice for a property lease solicitation regarding Boggs Farm, identified as Farm No. 5024. The authority is seeking sealed written offers for a three-year farming lease of approximately 206 acres of cropland located in Tracts A through I within the Richlands Township of Onslow County, North Carolina. The lease term is scheduled to begin in January 2027. Interested parties must submit offers for the entire 206-acre parcel, as partial offers will not be considered. To be eligible for consideration, all offers must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm on October 29, 2026, via the eProcurement Portal or as a sealed written offer to the Operations Coordinator in Jacksonville, NC.
