Public Safety National Security Emergency Preparedness (NSEPC) Support

The contract supports the Emergency Communications Division (ECD) by providing professional services and program management to enhance interoperability among Federal, State, Local, Territorial, Tribal, and International emergency communications stakeholders. Services include analyzing and recommending improvements to operational plans, developing alternative concepts to meet user needs, drafting planning documents, conducting strategic and operational studies, tracking milestones, evaluating policy impacts, and creating templates, models, and guides.
