SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS                                                                                                                                                           JACKSON COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY   General Notice:   The Jackson County Port Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:   PUMP 5 & PUMP 6 UPGRADES AT THE INDUSTRIAL WATER PLANT   Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Jackson County Port Authority located at 3033 Pascagoula Street, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567, until Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. local time and will be publicly opened and read.   The Project includes the following Work: The Project generally includes replacement of the existing pump motors from 500 horsepower to 700 horsepower utilizing the existing frames, increasing the impeller sizes utilizing the existing pump housings, and replacement of any wear parts (bearings, seals, etc.).  The electrical cables leading to the switchgear will need to be replaced, as well as some upgrades to the switchgear.   Bids are requested for the following Contract: PUMP 5 & PUMP 6 UPGRADES AT THE INDUSTRIAL WATER PLANT   Obtaining the Bidding Documents:   Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website:   www.neel-schafferplans.com   Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website.
